For the enjoyment of your staff, we provide an fitness center on the B-4 level for the exclusive use of our Clients at 601 Thirteenth Street and their employees. 

This facility provides exercise equipment, racquetball court, men's and women's showers, complimentary towel service, and locker rooms. The exercise equipment is available for your use at all times. The facility is staffed by Arch Amenities Group. They provide a facility manager and personal trainer who can assist with proper use of the equipment, physical training and group fitness classes. The racquetball court is reserved on a first-come / first-served basis. You may sign up for court time by emailing 601fitnesscenter@akridge.com.

For your comfort, HVAC operating hours for the exercise facility will be 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To activate the HVAC on the weekends, please press the button located by the entrance to the Fitness Center.

Prior to facility use, we ask that you execute a corporate waiver which must be signed by your company as well as individual waivers signed by each of your employees who intend to use the facility. Once waivers are signed, and returned to the Client Service Coordinator, your Kastle card will be authorized for access to the facility.
