A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be on file with our main office for all vendors or contractors performing work in the building. This includes caterers, furniture companies, or other delivery personnel who are picking up or dropping off products or objects.
The COI must list the following as additional insureds:
- The John Akridge Management Company
- 601 Thirteenth Street, NW Associates Limited Partnership

They should be mailed to the attention of your Property Manager or The Homer Building. You may be contacted by our third party vendor, who manages the COI tracking process for Akridge via mail or e-mail. Please consult your Lease for further insurance details.
