Loss of electrical power in a building can cause inconvenience, but there is no need to panic.  All Akridge buildings are equipped with emergency lighting systems that illuminate stairway lights, exit lights, and designated lights in elevator lobbies and your suite.  If an electric outage occurs in your building, an automatic transfer will activate a generator and supply power for all emergency lighting.  If necessary, please use stairs to exit. Our stairwells also have photo luminescent (glow in the dark) floor signage and tread markers for your safety.
